To become an agent you need to set yourself up on our system.
Go to www.qr-reg.
com Click on Log in Click on Agent Click on New Here
Type in your email address and enter.
A Verification link has been sent to your email address.
Open your email and click on link to verify.
Enter a password, type the password again and click on Register.
Click on "click here to login"
Type your email address and password and click on Sign In
Fill out all fields And click save.
To add a new customer
Click on left hand side Customers Tab
You will see your list with customers To add a customer click on Add Customer, a new window opens.
Scan customers qr-code and type in the Letter and the 10 digits
Type in name of customer
Type in Your email address
Type in Your Mobile And click on save
You will see that this customer is added to your customer list.
However, you need to update the information.
Click first " link QR Code " Click edit button
Now you will arrive on personal information page of customer
1. PERSONAL INFORMATION:
If you wish you can upload a picture of customer this would help with identification in case of an emergency.
Please, enter all the fields Customer needs to decide if they wish to show their address details YES or NO (this means when someone scans the qr-code that person will either see or not see your address-(think phonebook)
Phone number should start with + followed with their country code and number Mobile number should start with + followed with their country code and number
Click on Save
2. PETS:
Please make sure you have set up an account with Qr-Reg.com before you add any Pets.
Please login into your account using by your username and password.
To add a Pet QR-Code please click on add customer tab and you will see customers list which registered through your profile.
Then you need to find particular customer in the list where you are looking to add pet QR-Code.
In front of customer details you need to click on link QR-CODE option.
After this you need to enter pet Qr-Code manually after scanning PET tag(Ex.P1234567890 etc.).
Once it’s done please click on UPDATE button of that particular user.
This will redirect you to that particular user profile.
Click on Pets and choose the QR code you just added and click edit.
If you wish you can upload a picture of the Pet, this would help in case of an emergency to identify the Pet.
Choose dog or Cat Type in name Dangerous click Yes or No
Here the owner can make a decision if they want to show medical details regarding their Pet Click Yes or No
If yes then type in the field "medical details" the condition of the Pet and all medication given.
There is a possibility to upload the passport of the pet. The system only accepts a PDF file.
Click on SAVE.
To add another pet please repeat the above.
3. KID / CHILD:
Please make sure you have set up an account with Qr-Reg.com before you add any Kids / Child.
Please login into your account using by your username and password.
To add a Kids / Child QR-Code please click on add customer tab and you will see customers list which registered through your profile.
Then you need to find particular customer in the list where you are looking to add Kids / Child QR-Code.
In front of customer details you need to click on link QR-CODE option.
After this you need to enter Kids / Child Qr-Code manually after scanning Kids / Child tag(Ex.C1234567890 etc.).
Once it’s done please click on UPDATE button of that particular user.
This will redirect you to that particular user profile.
Click on Kids and choose the QR code you just added and click edit.
If you wish you can upload a picture of your Child this would help in case of an emergency to identify your Child.
Fill out all fields.
Here customer can make a decision to show medical details regarding the Child Click Yes or No.
If No the field will disappear, If yes then fill out all fields. Please, do not forget to mention possible medication taken by the child.
Any important documents regarding the child can be uploaded here.
The system only accepts a PDF File.
To add another kid please repeat the above.
4. MEDICAL:
On this page you can list medical details.
Please, fill out all fields.
In the medication field, please, mention all medicines taken, this will help the pharmacist to check on contradicting medication.
Click on SAVE
5. CONTACTS:
Click on Add
Contact fill out all fields and Click SAVE
You can add as many contacts as desired, however, we will always contact the person listed first.
You can also add Your Doctor / Nurse / Chemist / Specialist.
Click on Add Medical Contact.
Please fill out all fields And Click Save
You can add as many medical contacts as your customer wishes, however, we will always contact the person listed first.
6 . DOCUMENTS:
In this section you can upload any document. The system only accepts PDF files.
Only Authorized people can access this information.
7. FURTHER INFORMATION:
Here you can leave any message Only authorized people can access this information.
8. QR-CODES:
Here you will find all qr-codes in use and connected to this account.
All qr-codes have a prefix.:
P = Pet
C = Kid / Child
K = Keyring / Credit Card / Silicon wrist band
B = Bike
S = Suitcase
If one of the qr-codes is lost or no longer in use you can delete them.
Click on the waste bin behind the number you want to delete.
9. BIKE:
Please login into your account using by your username and password.
To add a QR-Code please click on customer tab and you will see customers list which registered through your profile.
Then you need to find particular customer in the list where you are looking to add Bike QR-Code.
In front of customer details you need to click on link QR-CODE option.
After this you need to enter Qr-Code manually after scanning Bike label.
Once it’s done please click on UPDATE button of that particular user.
This will redirect you to that particular user profile and you can see Bike tab inside user profile.
For Bike choose the QR code you just added and click edit.
Choose Color
If you wish you can upload a picture of your Bike this would help in case of an emergency to identify your Bike.
Bike Status ne need to select while registration of your bike label.But in case your bike stolen or lost please login to your profile and chnage the status either stolen or lost so that whoever wil scan your bike label they can see inside status your bike stolen or lost and they can help you out.
Click on SAVE.
To add another bike please repeat the above.
10. SUITCASE:
Please login into your account using by your username and password.
To add a QR-Code please click on customer tab and you will see customers list which registered through your profile.
Then you need to find particular customer in the list where you are looking to add Suitcase QR-Code.
In front of customer details you need to click on link QR-CODE option.
After this you need to enter Qr-Code manually after scanning Suitcase label.
Once it’s done please click on UPDATE button of that particular user.
This will redirect you to that particular user profile and you can see Suitcase tab inside user profile.
For suitcase choose the QR code you just added and click edit.
Choose Color
If you wish you can upload a picture of your Suitcase this would help in case of an emergency to identify your Suitcase.
Suitcase status ne need to select while registration of your bike label.But in case your suitcase stolen or lost please login to your profile and chnage the suitcase status either stolen or lost so that whoever wil scan your suitcase label they can see inside status your suitcase stolen or lost and they can help you out.
Click on SAVE.
To add another suitcase please repeat the above.
HOW TO ADD ANOTHER QR-CODE (Pet, Kid, Keyring/Card/Bike/Suitcase) TO AN ACCOUNT.
It is very easy to add another qr-code to an account.
Please make sure you have set up an account with Qr-Reg.com before you add any QR-Code.
Please login into your account using by your username and password.
To add a QR-Code please click on customer tab and you will see customers list which registered through your profile.
Then you need to find particular customer in the list where you are looking to add QR-Code.
In front of customer details you need to click on link QR-CODE option.
After this you need to enter Qr-Code manually after scanning tag(Pet, Kid, Keyring/Card/Bike/Suitcase).
Once it’s done please click on UPDATE button of that particular user.
This will redirect you to that particular user profile and you can see qr code in the list after clicking on QR-CODE tab.
For Kid or Pet or Bike Or Suitcase appropriate tab and choose the QR code you just added and click edit.
THE QR CODE IS THEN AUTOMATICALLY LINKED TO YOUR CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT.
VERY HANDY IN CASE OF HAVING 1 OR MORE SUITCASE LABELS OR BIKE TAGS.
